Bernalillo, NM (October 30, 2022) - A serious car crash occurred on Friday, October 28 in Bernalillo. Emergency crews responded to the scene on Arenal Road Southwest shortly after 5:00 p.m.
Local officials stated that the wreck happened on Arenal Road Southwest just before New Mexico 45/Coors Boulevard Southwest. At least one person was in need of medical care at the scene.
Paramedics treated those with injuries and transported severely injured patients to local hospitals for further care as necessary. The severity of the injuries suffered in the accident was not reported.
Traffic delays took place near the site of the accident for an extended time period on the afternoon of October 28. Police asked local drivers to use alternate routes while the scene was active with responders.
