Fatal Head-On Crashes in Albuquerque

Albuquerque, NM - Fatal Head-On Collision at I-40 & 98th StCertain types of car accidents are more likely to result in fatal injuries. Statistics reveal that head-on crashes have a nearly 58% fatality rate, considerably higher than other types of crashes. Each year, head-on impacts are only involved in nearly 2% of reported car crashes. However, head-on collisions account for roughly 10% of deadly collisions reported annually. These accidents are often caused by reckless or inattentive drivers who veer into oncoming traffic.

New Mexico wrongful death lawsuits are intended to compensate surviving family members when the negligent actions of another party cause the death of a loved one. Just because the victim died, that does not mean that the at-fault party should be off the hook. The defendant must instead pay compensation to the family members of the deceased after a deadly New Mexico car crash. This can only be accomplished by partnering with a law firm with years of experience helping victims pursue wrongful death claims.

Bringing a lawsuit is probably the last thing on your mind after losing a family member, but you do not have to pursue a claim on your own. Will Ferguson & Associates understands that no amount of compensation will bring back a loved one. Our legal team will fight to make sure that you recover the compensation you deserve after losing a loved one.  Call us today at (505) 243-5566 to discuss your case with a New Mexico wrongful death attorney
