Bernalillo, NM (October 30, 2022) - At approximately 1:30 p.m., on October 27, an auto accident occurred in Bernalillo that required an emergency dispatch. Police and paramedics were transported to the crash site shortly after the incident occurred.
Sources reported the wreck happened on Interstate 40 near University Boulevard. Vehicles crashed in the area and injured at least one person.
Emergency responders including police, fire crews, and paramedics were sent to the scene to render aid and investigate the details of the accident.
Paramedics helped injured victims and transported them to area hospitals. The names of those involved were not released.
