Deadly Car Crashes in New Mexico

3.31 Lincoln Co, NM - Andres Azua Killed in Fatal Crash at Cedar Creek Dr & Mechem DrSomeone is killed every day in a car accident in New Mexico. According to findings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, the state has one of the highest vehicle fatality rates in the country, and vehicle collisions are a pervasive issue in New Mexico. Statistics reveal that an estimated one out of every 130 wrecks in the state results in a fatality, and someone is injured in a New Mexico crash every 26 minutes on average.

New Mexico wrongful death lawsuits are intended to compensate surviving family members when the negligent actions of another party cause the death of a loved one. Just because the victim died, that does not mean that the at-fault party should be off the hook. The defendant must instead pay compensation to the family members of the deceased after a deadly New Mexico car crash. This can only be accomplished by partnering with a law firm with years of experience helping victims pursue wrongful death claims.

Bringing a lawsuit is probably the last thing on your mind after losing a family member, but you do not have to pursue a claim on your own. Will Ferguson & Associates understands that no amount of compensation will bring back a loved one. Our legal team will fight to make sure that you recover the compensation you deserve after losing a loved one.  Call us today at (505) 243-5566 to discuss your case with a New Mexico wrongful death attorney
