Albuquerque, NM (September 25, 2022) - A car crash was reported in Albuquerque on the afternoon of September 21. Police, EMTs, and other responders were seen helping those involved at the wreck site a short time after it occurred.
According to information from local sources, the accident took place at around 2:00 p.m. on Interstate 10 near Aden/Doña Ana County. What caused the crash to happen is currently unknown, however, authorities in Albuquerque are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Responders worked in the area for several hours. One or more injured parties were treated on-site and transported to local medical centers with injuries. Those involved were not immediately identified.
The roadway was closed for an extended period of time while emergency crews worked to secure the scene and restore regular traffic in the area. Nothing further has been reported at this time.
