Albuquerque, NM - Pedestrian Injured in Hit-&-Run at Wyoming Blvd & Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (May 23, 2021) - There were serious injuries reported in a pedestrian crash on Saturday, May 22, in Albuquerque. 

At around 11:42 p.m., first responders were called to the scene at the corner of Wyoming Boulevard SE and Central Avenue SE. The incident reportedly involved a pedestrian and a motor vehicle. The driver fled the scene without rendering aid to the injured party. 

The pedestrian was found lying unconscious on the ground when emergency responders arrived. The vehicle was reported to be a black Nissan Sentra and was last seen traveling southbound on Wyoming Boulevard. The identity of the injured party has been withheld at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the accident is being managed by local authorities.
