Albuquerque, NM - Injuries Following Crash at Coal Ave & Sierra Dr

Albuquerque, NM (May 23, 2021) - A serious traffic accident on Sunday, May 23, required the aid of local officials in the Albuquerque area. 

According to local sources, the impact took place that morning near the time of 10:02 a.m. The scene was located at the intersection of Coal Avenue SE and Sierra Drive SE. There were reported injuries at the scene. 

First responders were dispatched to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. At this time, the number of the resulting injuries has not been confirmed. The area was closed for several hours while emergency response units were on-site. 

The Albuquerque Police Department is handling the ongoing investigation into the collision.
