Albuquerque, NM - Man Hit by ART Bus near UNM Campus

Albuquerque, NM (September 29, 2022) - On Wednesday, September 28, a man was injured after being struck by an Albuquerque Rapid Transit bus near the University of New Mexico campus. 

The bus was headed east on Central Avenue that afternoon when it hit a pedestrian near Princeton Drive. The vehicle was reportedly traveling 20 miles per hour at the time of the accident. The injured party was taken to a local hospital for treatment of sustained injuries. 

An ongoing crash investigation is in progress.
