Albuquerque, NM - Car Accident Ends in Injuries on I-40 near Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (September 4, 2022) - One or more people suffered injuries in an auto accident reported in Albuquerque. At around 1:40 p.m., responders were dispatched to the crash scene to help those involved. 

Sources say the collision occurred in the westbound lanes of Interstate 40 near Carlisle Boulevard. At least one person was injured in the collision, however, the cause of the wreck is still being investigated by police. 

Paramedics rendered emergency aid to the wounded parties at the crash site. One or more injured victims were transported for further care. 

Police in Albuquerque are working to determine the cause of the accident.
