Tijeras, NM (August 20, 2021) - There were injuries reported following a fatal crash in the Tijeras area on Thursday, August 19.
The accident reportedly took place on Interstate 40 near Sedillo Hill Road. One person was killed and two others were taken to a hospital for treatment. The driver of a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed on the highway at the time of the crash.
As the driver left the highway, the vehicle began to overturn. At this time, the identities of the involved parties have not been revealed.
