Albuquerque, NM (June 19, 2021) - On Friday, June 18, at least one person was injured in a serious automobile collision in the Albuquerque area, according to local officials.
The Albuquerque Police Department reported that the incident happened around 4:47 p.m. that evening. Two cars collided near the intersection of Chico Road NE and Eubank Boulevard NE, leading emergency crews to hurry to the scene to help the injured. Due to the collision, multiple lanes on the highway were closed.
The details regarding the associated damages are limited at this time. The area was momentarily closed when local officials arrived as paramedics treated those who had been injured in the collision.
