Albuquerque, NM - Two-Car Injury Crash at Coal Ave & Carlisle Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (May 2, 2021) - A serious car accident on Saturday, May 1, in the Albuquerque area required assistance from emergency responders. 

According to reports from the Albuquerque Police Department, the crash occurred that afternoon near the time of 3:23 p.m. First responders were called to the site at the corner of Coal Avenue SE and Carlisle Boulevard SE. Initial reports indicated that two vehicles were involved in the accident. 

Law enforcement officials put in place a roadblock while paramedics were at the scene. The extent of the related damages was not included in the initial reports. No updates on the conditions of the injured parties are currently available. 

The APD is managing the investigation into the cause of the collision.
