Albuquerque, NM - Motorcyclist Injured at Tingley Dr & Central Ave

Albuquerque, NM (May 21, 2021) - There were reported injuries after a motorcycle crash in the Albuquerque area on Thursday, May 20. 

Local reports indicated that the accident took place that afternoon at around 2:45 p.m. First responders were called to the scene at the corner of Tingley Drive SW south of Central Avenue SW. The collision reportedly involved a motorcycle and another vehicle. 

The rider was ejected from the bike due to the impact. The motorcyclist was found lying on the roadway when emergency responders arrived. The injured rider was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is underway.
