Albuquerque, NM - Lead Ave & Broadway Blvd Scene of Injury Collision

Albuquerque, NM (May 30, 2021) - On Sunday, May 30, there were confirmed injuries following a vehicle collision in the Albuquerque area. 

According to initial reports, the accident took place early that morning at around 5:06 a.m. Two vehicles reportedly collided near the intersection of Lead Avenue SE and Broadway Boulevard SE. The westbound lanes of Lead Avenue were closed at Broadway Boulevard following the crash. 

At this time, the severity and number of related injuries have not been confirmed. The injured parties were transported by ambulance to a local medical facility. No further updates on their conditions have been provided at this time. 

The Albuquerque Police Department is handling the ongoing crash investigation.
