High-Speed Crashes in Albuquerque
A speeding driver can only do so much to maintain control of their vehicle, and this can prove disastrous in the event of a car accident. The risk of being injured in a crash is substantially greater while speeding, and excess speeds have been involved in over one-third of reported traffic fatalities in the past twenty years.
Car crashes in New Mexico are caused by a variety of roadway hazards, such as poor driving, excessive speed, unsafe road conditions, poor truck maintenance, road construction, and inadequate signage. Determining liability for a crash can be difficult and more complex than simply determining fault, and injured parties are often unprepared to protect their legal rights after a catastrophic accident. New Mexico car crash attorneys who specialize in car accidents work with car crash injury cases resulting from a variety of causes.
