Santa Fe, NM - Pedestrian Killed in Crash at St Michaels Dr & Galisteo St

Sante Fe, NM (March 27, 2021) - On Friday, March 26, a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a motor vehicle in the Santa Fe area. 

The deadly accident occurred at the corner of St. Michaels Drive and Galisteo Street. At around 12:30 p.m., emergency responders were called to the scene. A pedestrian who was crossing at the intersection was reportedly struck by an undisclosed vehicle. 

The injured party was taken to Christus St. Vincent in critical condition. The wounded pedestrian later succumbed to their injuries. It is unknown if the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. 

The Santa Fe Police Department is investigating the fatal crash at this time.
