Albuquerque, NM - Injuries After Accident at Cornell Dr & Lead Ave

Albuquerque, NM (March 24, 2021) - A crash with injuries was reported in the Albuquerque area on Wednesday, March 24. 

Local sources revealed that the crash occurred near the time of 4:23 p.m. Near the crossing of Cornell Drive SE and Lead Avenue SE, two vehicles collided, leaving at least one person injured. 

Emergency responders at the scene provided aid to the injured parties. The severity and number of related injuries have not been disclosed at this time. The scene was closed while paramedics were on-site. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being handled by the Albuquerque Police Department.
