Deadly Auto Accidents in New Mexico

4.27 Carlsbad, NM - Two Killed in Fatal Accident at San Jose Blvd & Kircher StCar crashes are the leading contributors to death and serious injury for New Mexico residents. Hundreds are killed annually in traffic accidents across the state, and according to findings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, New Mexico has one of the highest vehicle fatality rates in the nation. An estimated one out of every 130 car crashes in the state results in a fatality.

New Mexico wrongful death lawsuits are intended to compensate surviving family members when the negligent actions of another party cause the death of a loved one. Just because the victim died, that does not mean that the at-fault party should be off the hook. The defendant must instead pay compensation to the family members of the deceased after a deadly Carlsbad car crash. This can only be accomplished by partnering with a law firm with years of experience helping victims pursue wrongful death claims.

Bringing a lawsuit is probably the last thing on your mind after losing a family member, but you do not have to pursue a claim on your own. Will Ferguson & Associates understands that no amount of compensation will bring back a loved one. Our legal team will fight to make sure that you recover the compensation you deserve after losing a loved one.  Call us today at (505) 243-5566 to discuss your case with a New Mexico wrongful death attorney
