Albuquerque, NM (April 27, 2021) - Emergency responders were called to an injury crash in Albuquerque late on Monday, April 26.
That night at around 7:18 p.m., the crash reportedly took place near the intersection of Interstate 40 WB and 2nd Street NW. According to reports from the Albuquerque Police Department, at least one involved party was injured. The extent of those damages has not been revealed at this time.
The scene was closed for several hours after local officials arrived. The crash victims were treated by responding emergency personnel. EMS vehicles were on standby to transport those requiring further assistance.
An investigation into the accident is currently in progress.
