Albuquerque, NM – All Lanes Closed After Injury Crash at I-25 & Montano Rd

Albuquerque, NM (February 14, 2023) – On Saturday, February 12, there were reported injuries after a car accident in Albuquerque. 

The collision took place near the time of 5:28 p.m. on Interstate 25 SB near Montano Road. All southbound lanes were closed as a result of the crash. Tow trucks were later dispatched to the scene to clear the resulting wreckage and reopen the roadway. 

At least one person at the scene was hurt, but the extent of the related damages has not been disclosed. No updates have been provided at this time. 

Local authorities are handling the ongoing accident investigation.
