Deming, NM (January 22, 2023) - Police responded to the scene of a car crash in Deming on Friday evening, January 20. Shortly before 7:00 p.m., the accident was reported on Interstate 10.
Reports indicate the crash happened on I-10 near milepost 35 about ten miles east of Lordsburg. How the accident took place is still under investigation by police.
EMS was seen helping injured victims at the scene. Currently, the severity of the injuries suffered in the crash has not been reported.
The collision blocked the roadway for some time on Friday evening, resulting in significant delays in traffic. Police continue to investigate.
