Albuquerque, NM - Injury Accident on Paseo Del Norte near 2nd St

Albuquerque, NM (August 13, 2022) - Police were sent to the scene of an auto accident in Albuquerque that resulted in injuries. At approximately 6:45 p.m., on August 11, the New Mexico State Police were sent to an auto accident on Paseo Del Norte. 

Reports from officials reveal that at least two vehicles were involved in a crash in the eastbound lanes of Paseo Del Norte near 2nd Street. The incident required firefighters and police to block the roadway for an extended period on August 11. 

At least one person suffered injuries in the auto accident. At this time, those involved have not been identified to the public. 

Authorities in Albuquerque continue to investigate the details of the incident.
