Speeding is responsible for a significant portion of fatal crashes every year in the United States. Driving above the posted speed limit almost invariably results in serious car accidents.

Elements that can influence the total amount of compensation a victim is awarded include the limitations of the insurance policy of the at-fault driver, how much work they were forced to miss, and the extent of pain and suffering they endured.

A major accident may be upsetting for a variety of reasons. Not only is it terrifying when it occurs, but as medical bills rise and latent injuries such as whiplash begin to manifest, the amount of trauma experienced by the victim increases.
