Albuquerque, NM (August 13, 2022) - A car crash happened in Albuquerque on the afternoon of August 11 that resulted in injuries to involved parties. At approximately 1:00 p.m., responders were sent to the scene of an accident on Interstate 25.
Numerous responders were seen at the wreck site located on I-40 near Frontage Road. An unspecified number of vehicles were involved in the accident that happened for reasons still under police investigation.
Responders including police, EMTs, and fire crews were observed at the crash site for an extended time period on the afternoon of August 11. One or more individuals involved in the wreck were transported to the hospital for treatment as necessary.
The identities of the injured parties have not been reported at this time. Delays in traffic were observed in the area while responders were present.
