Midwest City, NM (July 19, 2022) - A car wreck caused injuries and traffic delays in Midwest City on the evening of July 15. The crash was reported to authorities and paramedics just before 8:00 p.m.
Numerous responders were observed at the crash site, including local police, emergency medical technicians, and firefighters. The incident occurred on Interstate 40 East near mile post 166 and Juan Tabo.
At this time, police are working to determine the cause of the accident. At least one individual suffered injuries in the auto crash. EMTs rendered emergency aid to those in need at the scene and transported injured parties to hospitals as necessary.
Delays in traffic happened near Juan Tabo on I-40 for some time on the evening of July 15. Local motorists were asked to use alternate travel routes while the scene was active with responders.
Currently, police in Midwest City are still investigating the circumstances of the collision.
