Albuquerque, NM (July 16, 2022) – The police and the local firefighters responded to the scene of a collision that occurred in the Albuquerque area that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries. Just after 5:45 p.m., on July 15, officers with the Albuquerque Police Department and area firefighters were notified that a motor vehicle crash took place on Wyoming Boulevard Northeast.
The police, firefighters, and emergency medical services responded to the scene. Officers closed off Wyoming Boulevard Northeast at the intersection of Carmel Avenue Northeast as they worked to remove vehicles and debris from the roadway.
Medical services rendered aid to the victims who suffered injuries due to this crash. An unknown number of injured parties were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where they underwent further treatment and evaluation.
The incident is under investigation by the police in Albuquerque at this time.
