Albuquerque, NM (June 18, 2022) - An officer with the Albuquerque Police Department was hurt following a car accident on Friday morning, June 17. The crash occurred on Eagle Ranch Road and allegedly involved a drunk driver.
The officer was reportedly involved in a crash with a vehicle driven by 28-year-old Vaughn Stands. The officer was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of broken bones and other injuries. Stands was also hospitalized for treatment.
