Fatal Crashes in New Mexico
Major vehicle accidents are prevalent in New Mexico. According to the state's Department of Transportation, collisions in New Mexico result in roughly 20,000 injuries and 392 fatalities per year. An automobile collision happens every 26 minutes in New Mexico, according to government figures. Approximately 40,000 accidents occur each year as a result of these situations. Every year, over 25,000 people in the state are injured in car accidents.
Wrongful death processes are begun when a family member dies as a result of someone else's carelessness, and the surviving relatives are compensated. Unfortunately, figuring out who is to blame isn't often so straightforward. The perpetrator is still to blame even if the victim dies as a result of the accident. Insurance firms have a history of shifting responsibility to those who are at fault in disastrous events. Following a fatal vehicle accident, the at-fault party is accountable for paying the deceased's family for accident-related expenditures.
