Deming, NM - Three Killed, Five Hurt in Rollover Accident on I-10

Deming, NM (May 24, 2022) - A car accident outside of Deming left three people dead and many others injured on Saturday evening, May 21. The deadly accident took place near mile marker 68 on Interstate 10. 

Local reports revealed that a GMC Yukon with four occupants was towing a Nissan SUV with four other passengers. The GMC reportedly overturned and caused both vehicles to roll over. Three occupants in the Nissan were ejected in the crash and suffered fatal injuries. The four passengers of the GMC and the driver of the Nissan were hospitalized for treatment. 

No further information has been provided at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly crash is underway.
