Albuquerque, NM (May 24, 2022) - Several highways in Albuquerque were shut following a vehicle collision on Monday afternoon, May 23. Around 2:17 p.m. the two-vehicle accident happened near the junction of Coors Boulevard and Paseo Del Norte.
At least one victim suffered injuries in the incident, according to early reports. At this moment, the actual number of people injured remains unclear. According to emergency personnel, traffic restrictions were imposed as a result of the incident. The wounded were sent to a nearby hospital by ambulance for further treatment.
