Albuquerque, NM (November 13, 2021) - Someone was killed after being struck by an ambulance in Albuquerque on Friday morning, November 12. The deadly crash occurred on Interstate 40 near Coors Boulevard.
An Albuquerque Fire Rescue ambulance was reportedly responding to a call when it hit a pedestrian on the highway. Emergency responders were called to the scene to provide aid to the injured party.
The victim was transported to the University of New Mexico Hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced dead at the medical facility. The identity of the deceased party has not been revealed at this time.
