Albuquerque, NM (September 17, 2021) - Albuquerque suffered an automobile accident on Thursday, September 16, in which at least one person was hurt.
Paramedics responded to the scene at 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. Near Menaul Boulevard and Chelwood Park Boulevard NE, the accident took place. Numerous routes were blocked as a result of the incident. There were indeed injuries following the collision.
The accident victims were cared for on the scene by emergency medical services. The victims' names had not been disclosed in the early reports. Those who were hurt in the crash were sent to nearby hospitals for treatment. The extent of the injuries is unknown at this time.
The crash is being investigated by officers from the Albuquerque Police Department.
