New Mexico Intersection Collisions
Junctions are responsible for more than half of all major highway injuries and more than 20% of all traffic deaths in the United States, with about 22% of these incidents requiring a left-hand turn. Despite the fact that junctions make up a minor portion of all roadways in the US, the Federal Highway Administration estimates that 2.5 million accidents occur there each year.
