Glorieta, NM - Two-Car Injury Crash with Entrapment on I-25

Glorieta, NM (July 19, 2021) - There were confirmed injuries following a two-vehicle collision outside of Glorieta on Saturday, July 17. 

The collision occurred south of Santa Fe on Interstate 25 late that night at around 9 p.m. Two cars reportedly crashed at the scene, and emergency responders were called to provide aid to the involved parties. One person was reportedly trapped inside a vehicle involved in the accident. 

Local authorities were on-site to extricate the trapped victim. They were taken to a nearby hospital for the treatment of sustained injuries. Another involved party was hospitalized and sustained injuries in the impact. The identities of the crash victims have been withheld at this time. 

An ongoing crash investigation is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
