Albuquerque, NM (July 22, 2021) - A car accident in Albuquerque on Thursday, July 22 ended in the injury of at least one involved party. 

Ambulances were seen at the intersection of Academy Road NE and Wyoming Boulevard NE by firsthand accounts.  The event happened at around 10:05 a.m. that morning. Ambulances were dispatched to the crash site to transport the injured to medical facilities for further treatment.

Several lanes of the highway were closed as a result of the collision. There were verified injuries as a result of the collision. The identities of those who were injured are yet unknown.
