Deadly Intersection Collisions in Albuquerque
A traffic signal can only help to prevent a fatal collision to some extent. Red-light runners, according to government statistics, are responsible for hundreds of deaths each year across the country. Despite the fact that traffic crossings account for a small percentage of total US roads, the Federal Highway Administration estimates that 2.5 million car accidents occur at intersections each year. According to national statistics, these collisions account for around 20% of all roadway deaths in the United States. Statistics show that almost half of injury crashes and one-quarter of traffic fatalities reported annually take place at roadway crossings. Those injured in a crash should partner with an Albuquerque personal injury attorney in order to determine their eligibility to obtain lost compensation for their damages.
