Albuquerque, NM - San Mateo Blvd & I-40 Site of Injury Collision

Albuquerque, NM (June 7, 2021) - A car accident in Albuquerque left at least one person injured on Monday, June 7. 

At around 10 a.m. that morning, local authorities were notified of the crash. The collision reportedly took place at the junction of San Mateo Boulevard and Interstate 40 WB. Details on the severity of the related injuries are limited at this time. 

A roadblock was placed at the scene, blocking multiple lanes at the crash site. Ambulances were on-call to transport injured parties requiring additional treatment. 

The Albuquerque Police Department is conducting an investigation into the crash.
