Albuquerque, NM - EMS Called to Injury Collision at Marble Ave & 2nd St

Albuquerque, NM (June 12, 2021) - Following a vehicle collision in the city of Albuquerque on Friday, June 11, there were verified injuries.

The incident happened at 5:08 p.m. that evening, according to Albuquerque Police Department sources. At the location near  Marble Avenue NW and 2nd Street NW, emergency responders were observed. According to local accounts, at least one of the parties involved was hurt in the accident.

The traffic was temporarily halted while first rescuers attended to the injured individuals on the ground. Ambulance staff on the scene addressed the injured individuals, while ambulances transported individuals who needed more care to area hospitals. There have not been further updates on the incident as of yet.
