Intersection Crashes in Albuquerque
A busy intersection can quickly become the site of a catastrophic car accident. Even traffic signals can only do so much to prevent a distracted or negligent driver from crashing into an intersection. According to the Federal Highway Administration, there are nearly 2.5 million crashes reported annually at roadway crossings, making up nearly 40% of reported vehicle collisions nationwide.
In the state of New Mexico, plaintiffs injured in a vehicle collision have a right to be fully compensated for injuries resulting from the actions of a negligent party. When calculating the extent of a victim’s damages, many different factors are taken into consideration, including the suffering endured by the victim and the extent of their financial damages resulting from a car crash in Albuquerque. Considering all these factors can be overwhelming for those trying their best to recover after a car accident.
