Clovis, NM - Adam Solano Fatally Hit by Semi-Truck on Mabry Dr

Clovis, NM (May 13, 2021) - A man was killed after being struck by an 18-wheeler in the Clovis area on Wednesday, May 12. 

Officials from the Clovis Police Department were called to the scene that morning at around 2:55 a.m. At the 2800 block of Mabry Drive, emergency responders found a man dead on the roadway. The deceased victim was identified as 34-year-old Adam Solano. 

Solano was reportedly hit by a semi-truck, which was later found a short way from the scene. The operator of the tractor-trailer remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the deadly collision is underway. 

An ongoing crash investigation is being managed by local officials.
