Albuquerque, NM - Pedestrian Hit by Motor Vehicle on Lomas Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (May 18, 2021) - On Monday, May 17, there were confirmed injuries following a pedestrian crash in the Albuquerque area. 

Local authorities were called to the scene at around 9:24 p.m. The pedestrian accident took place at the 11000 block of Lomas Boulevard NE, near a local skate park. A pedestrian was reportedly struck by a motor vehicle while traveling on the roadway. 

The injured party was transported to a nearby medical facility for the treatment of sustained injuries. At this time, the severity of the related injuries has not been confirmed. Local sources did not reveal if the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. 

The pedestrian accident is currently being investigated by local officials.
