Albuquerque, NM - Injuries Following Wreck at San Mateo Blvd & Kathryn Ave

Albuquerque, NM (May 20, 2021) - A collision in Albuquerque resulted in injuries on Wednesday, May 19. 

Emergency responders were sighted at the scene at around 8:39 p.m. that evening. The collision took place at the crossing of San Mateo Boulevard SE and Kathryn Avenue SE, leaving at least one involved party with undisclosed injuries. 

The area was closed for several hours while emergency response units were on-site. Ambulances were available to transport the injured victims to neighboring hospitals for treatment. 

An investigation into the cause of the accident is being handled by local authorities, and more information will be provided as it continues.
