Albuquerque, NM - Fatal Pedestrian Crash at Central Ave & San Pedro Dr

Albuquerque, NM (May 25, 2021) - A pedestrian was killed following a traffic accident on Monday, May 24, in the Albuquerque area. 

According to reports from the Albuquerque Police Department, the deadly crash occurred at the corner of Central Avenue and San Pedro Drive. The deceased victim was reportedly crossing at the intersection when he was hit by a motor vehicle. First responders were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the injured party. 

The pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. It is unknown if the involved driver remained at the scene. The identity of the deceased party has been withheld. 

Law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation into the deadly pedestrian crash.
