Albuquerque, NM - Deadly Auto Accident at Alameda Blvd & Loretta Dr

Albuquerque, NM (May 17, 2021) - There were reports of a deadly car crash in Albuquerque on Monday morning, May 17. 

Reports from the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office revealed that the fatal collision took place near the intersection of Alameda Boulevard and Loretta Drive. Emergency responders were present to render aid to the involved parties. The area was closed, contributing to significant roadway delays. 

At least one person was killed in the accident. At this time, the number of involved parties has not been provided. No further updates on the incident are available at this time. 

The BCSO is conducting an ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash.
