Albuquerque, NM - Crash at I-40 & Atrisco Vista Blvd Ends in Injuries

Albuquerque, NM (May 5, 2021) - A collision in the city of Albuquerque resulted in confirmed injuries on Tuesday, May 4. 

The accident took place late that night at around 11:59 p.m. Emergency responders were called to the site, located at the crossing of Interstate 40 WB and Atrisco Vista Boulevard SW. The degree of the related damages was not included in the initial reports. 

The scene was closed for some time while emergency response units cleared the area of debris. Paramedics provided medical aid to the crash victims, and ambulances were available to transport those requiring further aid. 

The accident investigation is being managed by local officials.
