Speeding-Related Collisions in Albuquerque
A high-speed crash is not the same as a typical traffic accident. A collision involving a speeding motorist is almost certain to result in more severe injuries. Thousands of Americans are killed annually by speeding motorists, and excess speeds have been involved in nearly one-third of reported roadway fatalities over the past twenty years.
In the state of New Mexico, plaintiffs injured in a vehicle collision have a right to be fully compensated for injuries resulting from the actions of a negligent party. When calculating the extent of a victim’s damages, many different factors are taken into consideration, including the suffering endured by the victim and the extent of their financial damages resulting from a New Mexico car accident. Considering all these factors can be overwhelming for those trying their best to recover after a car accident.
