Tijeras, NM - Injuries in Fatal Auto Accident at Oak Flat Rd & NM-337

Tijeras, NM (April 22, 2021) - A car crash in Tijeras left one dead and another critically injured on Wednesday, April 21. 

The accident occurred near the intersection of Oak Flat Road and NM-337. Local authorities were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision in the East Mountains early that morning. A sedan and a truck were reportedly involved in the crash. 

All lanes on the highway were initially closed following the wreck. At this time, the identities of the involved parties have been withheld. No further updates on the deadly crash have been provided at this time. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the collision is underway.
