Albuquerque, NM - Multi-Vehicle Injury Collision at I-25 & Lomas Blvd

Albuquerque, NM (April 17, 2021) - A pileup crash in the city of Albuquerque left at least one person injured on Friday, April 16. 

Initial reports revealed that the accident happened that night at around 8:05 p.m. First responders were called to the scene at the intersection of Interstate 25 Frontage Road and Lomas Boulevard. The northbound lanes of the highway were closed due to the impact. 

Local reports revealed that three vehicles collided at the scene. At this time, the severity of the ensuing injuries has not been confirmed by local authorities. The crash victims were provided aid by responding medical personnel. 

An investigation into the cause of the wreck is being handled by law enforcement officials.
