Albuquerque, NM - Injuries Following Accident at 2nd St & Montano Rd

Albuquerque, NM (April 8, 2021) - On Wednesday, April 7, first responders were sent to a crash with injuries in the Albuquerque area. 

Local reports confirmed that the scene was located at the intersection of 2nd Street NW and Montano Road NW. The incident took place late that evening at around 8:26 p.m. There were reported injuries after the accident, but the severity of those injuries was not confirmed. 

Investigators and paramedics were present to assist at the scene. The crash victims were provided aid by attending emergency personnel, and the area was closed for several hours while EMTs were on-site. 

The ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being handled by the Albuquerque Police Department.
