Albuquerque, NM (April 5, 2021) - According to reports from the Albuquerque Police Department, a collision in Albuquerque left at least one person injured on Monday, April 4.
The crash occurred early that morning at around 11:51 a.m. First responders were sent to the scene located at the crossing of San Pedro Drive NE and Santa Monica Avenue NE. When local officials arrived, the area was closed so paramedics could provide aid to the injured parties.
The degree of the related injuries was not included in local sources. The crash victims were evaluated by emergency responders and provided medical aid. Ambulances were at the scene to transport the victims requiring additional treatment.
The APD is currently managing the investigation into the cause of the accident.
