In the state of New Mexico, plaintiffs injured in a vehicle collision have a right to be fully compensated for injuries resulting from the actions of a negligent party. When calculating the extent of a victim’s damages, many different factors are taken into consideration, including the suffering endured by the victim and the extent of their financial damages resulting from a New Mexico car accident.
